For two New Yorkers deeply in love with their city, there was really only one place to get married. The Bowery Hotel, iconic and intimate all at once, was the perfect backdrop for Charlotte and Andrew's romantic winter wedding — and from the very first planning conversation, these two made the entire process an absolute joy.

I came on as their planning partner to help curate the full evening experience, and what an evening it was. One hundred and forty guests were welcomed into a night thoughtfully designed at every turn — Oyster Party BK brought the brine and elegance of a perfect cocktail hour opener, Style & Graze set a stunning spread, and Merry Hot Cocoa crafted a personalized hot cocoa bar on the dance floor that kept the warmth flowing well into the night. OurBooth NYC gave guests a memento to take home, and Dart Collective brought the whole vision together beautifully. Fern Botanica dressed the space in lush, romantic florals, and Ever After by Evelyn captured every moment with warmth and artistry.

What made Charlotte and Andrew so special to work with was their rare ability to be fully present throughout the entire process — genuinely excited, never stressed, and so deeply focused on making sure every single guest felt taken care of. That generosity of spirit showed up everywhere, right down to the cocktail napkins featuring a sweet nod to their beloved dog King, who couldn't be there in person but was remembered with so much love.

Held at one of New York's most celebrated venues, this was a winter wedding that felt as warm as the couple at the heart of it.
